Mr. Bergman attended John Marshall Law School, class of 1994 with honors, MBA at NYIT, class of 1992, and B.A. at Florida Atlantic University, class of 1990. In 2002, Mr. Bergman was elected as one of the youngest members ever in the D.C. Bar history to the D.C. Bar Litigation Committee, becoming spokesman of the committee for two years, until his term expired. Most of the accolades visible on the website are licenses from various state and federal courts in the United States.
Scott is an experienced trial attorney whose practice is dedicated to fighting in litigation for the underdog as a sword and shield, whether it’s in personal injury, auto accidents, slip and fall, workers compensation, consumer protection and frivolous suits to just to name a few. In fact, Mr. Bergman has now completed over 3700 client matters mostly revolving around personal injury law for victims’ rights against the hardball, name brand insurance companies who gives no mercy to victims who are injured by their insureds. While Mr. Bergman practices in the State of Maryland, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts and Wisconsin, he has developed a handpicked nationwide network of other Law Firms to assist his Firm with cases that may need joint legal assistance in other venues outside the DMV metro area.
Mr. Bergman earned his JD law degree in 1994 from The John Marshall Law School, pursued his MBA in the years of 1991-1992 from the New York Institute of Technology and received his BA degree in 1990 from Florida Atlantic University and studied at the University of Denver from 1987-1989. During his scholastic career, Mr. Bergman also studied abroad and/or held internships for many semesters at Goteborg University in Sweden, the University of London in England and the HSI Program in Hod HaSharon, Israel just outside Tel Aviv. Mr. Bergman has traveled the world extensively giving Mr. Bergman a better understanding of world humanities and his clients who come to his Firm from all over the globe.
